As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and repairing residential heating and cooling systems, as well as guiding customers towards informed purchasing decisions. 
What Makes YOU Great<ul><li>
You have a minimum of 3 years experience in residential HVAC service (5 years preferred)</li><li>
You are EPA Universal certified</li><li>
You are NATE certified (not required, but preferred)</li><li>
You have a Sheet Metal and/or Gas Fitter license (not required, but preferred)</li><li>
Your excellent communication skills with a proven ability to advise and educate customers on services and financing options</li><li>
Your strong sense of professionalism and determination to exceed revenue goals</li><li>
Your high integrity and great work ethic</li><li>
Your ability to work well independently and collaboratively as part of a team</li></ul> 
Additional Requirements<ul><li>
Must have a valid Driver License and clean driving record</li><li>
Must be able to successfully pass a drug test and background check</li></ul>
