This pivotal role is designed for a creative professional who can bridge the gap between our online presence and our sales objectives. You will be the architect of our social media strategy, responsible for building an engaged community, generating a robust pipeline of qualified leads, and directly driving conversions through innovative digital campaigns.What Your Impact Will Be (Key Responsibilities):<ul><li>Develop, execute, and refine a comprehensive social media strategy across key platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to grow brand awareness, foster community engagement, and align with sales targets.</li><li>Design and manage a detailed content calendar, creating compelling and high-quality visuals, videos, captions, and campaigns that resonate with our target audience and promote our products/services.</li><li>Proactively identify, target, and engage high-potential leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You will build and nurture a lead pipeline through a mix of organic outreach, targeted ad campaigns, and email marketing.</li><li>Conduct engaging live demonstrations of our products and services, confidently addressing customer inquiries and guiding prospects through the sales funnel to drive conversions.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
