<ul><li>Supervise and oversee overall quality inspection activities across the production line.</li><li>Coordinate the QC team by scheduling and assigning tasks effectively throughout the production process.</li><li>Verify and monitor the implementation and compliance of CCP, OPRP, PRP, SOP, SSOP, GMP, and GHP.</li><li>Ensure all production operations comply with HACCP, FSSC 22000, Halal, and Dubai Municipality regulations.</li><li>Verify that all products meet legal, customer, and company quality specifications.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance to established quality standards.</li><li>Monitor temperature, packaging integrity, labeling accuracy, and storage conditions in both production and cold storage areas.</li><li>Perform organoleptic (sensory) evaluations of products.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date QC records, including inspection reports and online monitoring records.</li><li>Identify and report any deviations or non-conformities during production to the QA Manager.</li><li>Monitor employee hygiene, sanitation practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Inspect production, storage, and dispatch areas to ensure hygiene &amp;sanitation.</li></ul>-<ul><li>Must Be in UAE</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED100.00 per monthWork Location: In person
