Job Description:</b></h4><p>
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Shift Leader to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and high-quality meals to our valued customers. The Shift Leader will oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and an outstanding guest experience.</p>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></h4><ul><li>
Operational Management: Oversee daytoday operations, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards.</li><li>
Staff Leadership: Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Implement staff schedules and manage performance.</li><li>
Customer Service: Ensure all customers receive exceptional service. Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.</li><li>
Financial Management: Monitor sales and expenses, and prepare financial reports as required.</li><li>
Inventory Control: Maintain appropriate stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to reduce waste and ensure freshness.</li><li>
Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and franchise standards.</li><li>
Marketing and Community Engagement: Implement local marketing initiatives and participate in community events to increase brand awareness and drive sales.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h4><ul><li>
Experience: Minimum of 35 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fastcasual or quickservice environment.</li><li>
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.</li><li>
Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.</li><li>
Financial Acumen: Experience in budget management, financial reporting, and cost control.</li><li>
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.</li><li>
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.</li><li>
Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays</li></ul><p>
