We&rsquo;re looking for an Unreal Developer who is self-motivated, goal-orientated, and a strong team player. The ideal candidate will have extensive full-time UE programming experience in games. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the digital content production process and who is willing to work with content creators and engineers of other disciplines to build awesome games.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:<ul>
<li>Implement and improve a variety of fast and efficient core software using Unreal Engine.</li>
<li>Maintain and build code using C++ for all assigned work streams.</li>
<li>Help provide architectural oversight across the entire application.</li>

Unreal Developer

We're looking for a Lead Unreal Engineer with extensive Unreal programming in games experience. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for several Unreal team members, their code quality and task allocation for different projects, also make major architectural decisions and help producers plan the next months ahead. The ideal candidate will work closely with other company leads, the CTO and business management to prospect new projects, talk to clients and improve the company.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:<ul>

<li>Understanding multiple disciplines in Unreal Engine, AI/Animation/Gameplay programming.</li>
<li>Strong skills in Unreal having delivered a few titles at least, involved in at least 1 AAA shipping title.</li>
<li>Capable of mentoring, from juniors to seniors.</li>
<li>Can be able to do code review.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills.</li>
<li>Flexibility and ability to adapt to new technological changes as per project need.</li>
<li>Previous experience as a Lead Developer.</li>
