Position Overview: The Crew Operations Associate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing on-field logistics, crew scheduling, and operational requirements for shoots. The role ensures seamless collaboration between production, creative, and client teams while maintaining discipline, adherence to protocols, and timely execution. By managing logistics, crew feedback, and operational standards, the associate plays a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes and smooth client experiences.Key Responsibilities:1. Logistics &amp; Scheduling&#9679; Ensure crew confirmations via calls and calendar invites&#9679; Assist the logistics manager for shoots, including travel, accommodation, food and local permissions for crew.&#9679; Manage crew schedules, attendance and group communications to ensure timely coordination.2. Team Development &amp; Training&#9679; Coordinate with the heads to support the development of new teams and freelancers&#9679; Provide on-field work lead training and supervision to crew members.&#9679; Arrange regular feedback, brainstorming sessions, and meetings with freelancers and In-house crew.&#9679; Coordinate and assist in logistics and production executive meetings and lead the shoot plan discussion.3. Feedback &amp; Review&#9679; Conduct and review:1) after each shoot and streamline discussions2) crew feedback, including co-crews present on shoots.3) client feedback after each shoot4) feedback from post-production teams, including video and photo editors.4. Discipline &amp; Protocols&#9679; Ensure adherence to discipline, guidelines and protocols during shoots.&#9679; Oversee on-field operational needs such as equipment allocation, check-in forms, safety protocols and client interactions5. Data &amp; Backup Management&#9679; Ensure backup processes are followed, including file transfers, storage and assigning backups to multiple crew members.&#9679; Provide data handling support on-field.6. Financial &amp; Administrative Coordination&#9679; Handle financial logistics such as extra hours, client feedback forms, freelancer payment forms and expense tracking.&#9679; Support the team in managing shoot plans, vendor interactions and client communication for smooth execution.&#9679; Maintain operational checklists and ensure compliance with process standardsJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
