Greetings from Magic Myna Private Limited!Job Tittle: Executive / Sr. Executive Student Counsellor &amp; Institutional MarketingLocation: Seerapalayam, Coimbatore 641105Reports To: Head of Training - RPTOJob Summary:The Student Counsellor &amp; Institutional Marketing Executive will play a dual role: firstly supporting prospective and current students through counselling, guidance and admissions processes; secondly driving institutional marketing efforts to promote programmes, increase enrolments and strengthen partnerships. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills, marketing acumen, and a genuine passion for student success.Key ResponsibilitiesCounselling &amp; Student Support / Admissions<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents: respond to enquiries, conduct information sessions, provide guidance on courses/programmes, eligibility criteria, application deadlines, scholarships. jobs.wub.edu.bd+1</li><li>Provide career and academic counselling: help students identify strengths, interests and career goals; advise on programme suitability and progression routes. Indeed+1</li><li>Guide students (and parents) through the admissions/application process, documentation, fee structure, deadlines, follow-ups. Adzuna+1</li><li>Maintain and update student (prospective and admitted) records, track progress, and ensure accurate data in CRM/admissions system. Velents+1</li><li>Conduct orientations, workshops, seminars or campus tours for new students and parents; collaborate with other teams to improve student onboarding experience.</li><li>Monitor conversion of enquiries to admissions and support retention efforts (where applicable).</li></ul>Institutional Marketing &amp; Outreach<ul><li>Develop and implement marketing campaigns (both online and offline) to promote programmes, brand awareness, admissions drives, open houses, events.
