Your passion for digital marketing combined with your creative flair will inspire teams and captivate audiences worldwide.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals to maximize brand visibility and engagement.</li><li>Lead content creation efforts, including writing, editing, graphic design, photography, and video editing to produce captivating posts that resonate with target audiences.</li><li>Manage daily social media management across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule, monitor, and analyze campaigns.</li><li>Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, gather insights on audience preferences, and identify trending topics for timely engagement.</li><li>Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to optimize reach and ROI while maintaining consistent branding standards.</li><li>Collaborate with public relations teams to craft cohesive messaging strategies that enhance brand image and manage crisis communication when necessary.</li><li>Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and refine strategies accordingly.</li><li>Foster strong relationships with influencers, partners, and community members to expand reach and strengthen brand loyalty through relationship management initiatives.</li><li>Ensure all content is proofread for accuracy and aligns with branding guidelines while maintaining a consistent voice across channels.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a focus on social media management at a senior level.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and how they integrate into content strategies for maximum visibility.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software for creating engaging visual content.</li><li>Hands-on experience with social listening tools like Brandwatch or Sprout Social to track conversations and analyze sentiment.</li><li>Familiarity with social advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager for executing targeted campaigns.</li><li>Excellent graphic design skills combined with photography expertise to produce high-quality visual assets.</li><li>Ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and web analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.</li><li>Exceptional relationship management skills to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners.</li><li>Strong proofreading skills ensuring all content is polished, accurate, and aligned with branding standards.
