Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description:
<ul>
<li>Develop and write individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results
</li>
<li>Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans
</li>
<li>Monitor client progress, behavior changes, and adjust programs to maximize positive outcomes
</li>
<li>Supervise clients, RBTs, and BCBA candidates in-person and/or remotely through video calls
</li>
<li>Create specific, observable, and measurable goals for families and staff to implement
</li>
<li>Collaborate with families, staff and other professionals to create a supportive environment for behavior change
</li>
<li>Clinically review assigned RBT session notes on a regular basis
</li>
<li>Conduct training for caregivers/family members to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across all environments
</li>
<li>Maintain open and effective communication with clients, families and staff
</li>
<li>Ensure all clinical documentation is completed in a timely manner and in compliance with ethical guidelines and BACB standards
</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including progress notes, reports, and data sheets.</li> 
</ul>
 
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
</li>
<li>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
</li>
<li>Must be willing to obtain LBA in IN
</li>
<li>Experience providing services to individuals with ASD</li></ul>
