We are looking for someone who can work well independently, has natural problem-solving skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills. Our ideal candidate is highly reliable and has a desire to both learn and grow in a legal services setting.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Research and diagnose procedural issues and exceptions for our clients.</li><li>Client communication, responding to all emails and inquiries in a timely manner.</li><li>Communicate effectively to high profile clients, challenging clients, witnesses, and team members.</li><li>Navigate software, web portals, and digital filing systems.</li><li>Maintain a calendar system for follow-up with recurring and ongoing tasks.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a relevant filed, such as medical record retrieval, call center operations, customer service, collections, or a related area.</li><li>Ability to learn and understand the litigation process including documentary evidence</li><li>Strong work ethic and goal oriented.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication abilities</li><li>Extraordinary attention to detail</li><li>Acute research abilities and deductive reasoning.</li><li>Must be able to work in a team and a fast paced environment.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office software and saving/manipulating PDFs (opening, editing,</li><li>combining) (Adobe, Nitro, internet, general windows tasks).</li></ul>Compensation: USD $16.00 - $20.00 per hour.An employee&rsquo;s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
