Graphic DesignerLocation: Bangalore, IndiaJob Type: On-SiteAbout Magneq:At Magneq, we&rsquo;re a fast-growing eCommerce brand focused on online grocery delivery. We&rsquo;re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to elevate our visual identity through high-performing social media ads and campaign creatives.About the Role:As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visuals that communicate our brand message across multiple platforms &mdash; digital and print. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to produce high-impact creatives.Responsibilities:<ul><li>1-3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally for D2C or eCommerce brands.</li><li>Design packaging labels, bags, marketing collaterals , paid social media ad creatives (static &amp; video-based a big plus), blog featured posts and website banners.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva; motion design (After Effects or similar) is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of color, typography, and layout principles.</li><li>Bonus: Familiarity with A/B testing, ad performance metrics, or Meta ad specs.</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand creative requirements.</li><li>Edit and retouch product images as needed.</li><li>Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.</li><li>Stay updated on design trends and best practices.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.</li><li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).</li><li>Knowledge of typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.</li><li>Attention to detail and creativity are a must.</li><li>(Bonus) Experience with motion graphics or UI assets is a plus.</li></ul>_ Freshers with strong design skills are welcome!_To Apply:Please submit your resume, portfolio, and a brief description explaining why you're the ideal candidate for this role to magneqb@gmail.comJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
