Daily duties include front door reception, billing, accounting assistance, customer service, sales order review, filing, paperless document management, purchasing supplies, bank deposits and other tasks as needed. We pride ourselves on being a small yet professional company that offers all employees competitive benefits, profit sharing, and a culture that promotes learning, real teamwork, and cross training &ndash; we want employees to cross-train, learn and help in all areas they are interested in.FOCUS:<ul><li>Reception &ndash; Visitors, calls, emails, mail</li><li>Sales Orders &ndash; Verify accuracy, prepare orders for production, enter sales orders</li><li>Credit Approvals &ndash; Contact references, D&amp;B credit reports, maintain credit database</li><li>Accounts Receivable &ndash; Process customer payments &amp; deposits, follow-up on past due accounts, release new orders to production, customer billing, MS Excel month-end reporting</li><li>Shipping/Purchasing Documentation &ndash; Paperwork for international shipments, federal contracts, and US Customs</li><li>Accounts Payable &ndash; Process &amp; e-file vendor invoices and pack lists</li><li>Miscellaneous &ndash; Ordering supplies, tracking customer orders, customer surveys, printing labels, arranging travel, maintaining company calendar in MS Outlook, employee luncheons, party planning</li></ul>SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>3+ Years of hands-on office administration experience preferred</li><li>Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills</li><li>High level of professionalism with a positive attitude and friendly personality</li><li>Ability to prioritize and multi-task</li><li>Proficient computer skills with Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, and Excel a must)</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license required to go to bank, post office, shopping as needed</li><li>No overnight travel required</li></ul>EDUCATION:<ul><li>2-Year Associates Degree preferred or equivalent work experience</li><li>Continued education and training in job related skills a plus</li></ul>WORK ENVIRONMENT:<ul><li>Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am &ndash; 4:30pm</li><li>Office has approx. 10 employees &ndash; Warehouse has approx. 20 employees</li><li>10,000 sq ft warehouse &ndash; Additional 7,000 sq ft expansion completed in December 2021</li></ul>BENEFITS:Job Type: Full-time, hourlyPay: Commensurate with experience, plus annual Profit-SharingBenefits:<ul><li>Signing Bonus</li><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) Matching up to 4%</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Vacation pay</li><li>Holiday pay</li><li>Additional PTO for doctor and dental appointments.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
