Job Type: Full-time Industry: HVAC / Air Purification / Building Materials Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field preferred Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B technical salesKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop strong business relationships with architects, consultants, builders, PMC firms, and corporate project managers.</li><li>Pitch Magneto&rsquo;s air purification and HVAC solutions for commercial offices, retail spaces, hotels, and real estate developers.</li><li>Drive product specifications and get Magneto included in tender and BOQ discussions.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for solution design, pricing, and proposal submission.</li><li>Conduct technical demos, site visits, and commercial negotiations.</li><li>Maintain project pipeline and CRM records regularly.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Deep understanding of B2B consultative selling.</li><li>Technical knowledge of HVAC/air purification is a plus.</li><li>Excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities.</li><li>Existing network in the commercial building ecosystem is preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
