We&rsquo;re known for craftsmanship, safety, and a team-first culture&mdash;and we&rsquo;re growing fast on a multi-phase data center campus in Ellendale, ND.The OpportunityWe&rsquo;re hiring a hands-on Electrical Project Engineer to support field execution and project controls on one of the region&rsquo;s largest mission-critical builds. You&rsquo;ll partner with PMs, foremen, and vendors to keep scope, schedule, and quality tightly aligned with NEC and project standards.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Interpret drawings/specs; clarify scope and constraints.</li><li>Coordinate with PMs, foremen, and subs to remove roadblocks for field crews.</li><li>Own RFI, submittal, and change-order tracking; maintain document control.</li><li>Support material take-offs, procurement, and vendor scheduling.</li><li>Conduct site walks; troubleshoot field issues and drive timely resolutions.</li><li>Verify compliance with NEC, owner standards, and QA/QC requirements.</li><li>Contribute to planning, look-aheads, commissioning support, and reporting.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Bring<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).</li><li>3+ years on commercial/industrial electrical projects (data center experience a strong plus).</li><li>Working knowledge of MV distribution, grounding, UPS, generators, and commissioning.</li><li>Familiar with NEC, safety regulations, and QA/QC best practices.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office and project tools (Procore, Bluebeam).</li><li>BIM/AutoCAD/Revit exposure is a plus.</li><li>Organized communicator who thrives in fast-paced, field-driven environments.</li></ul>Pay &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$38&ndash;$56/hr DOE</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Medical, dental, vision</li><li>Paid time off &amp; holidays</li><li>Professional development &amp; career growth</li><li>Strong, safety-focused, collaborative culture</li></ul>Schedule: 10&ndash;12 hour shifts (onsite, Ellendale, ND).
