Job Title: Human Resources Executive Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Industry: BPO / Call Center Department: Human Resources Job Type: Full-time Reporting To: HR Executive / Sr. HR ExecutiveJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive to join our BPO team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance activities in a fast-paced call center environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition<ul><li>Manage bulk and lateral hiring for voice, non-voice, and support roles</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, social media, walk-ins, and referrals</li><li>Coordinate interviews, conduct initial screenings, and share shortlisted profiles</li><li>Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures</li></ul>2. Onboarding &amp; Joining Formalities<ul><li>Organize new hire induction and documentation</li><li>Coordinate with training and operations teams for smooth onboarding</li><li>Ensure completeness of pre-joining and post-joining documentation</li></ul>3. Employee Engagement &amp; Communication<ul><li>Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, floor events, R&amp;R programs</li><li>Address employee concerns and escalate issues as required</li><li>Promote a positive and inclusive work culture</li></ul>4. HR Operations &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain employee records and update HRMS/database</li><li>Support attendance tracking, payroll inputs, and shift roster management</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Shop &amp; Establishment Act, etc.)</li><li>Coordinate with compliance and audit teams as needed</li></ul>5.
