Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Management<ul><li>Plan and manage manpower requirements for multiple showroom locations.</li><li>Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding of showroom staff including sales executives, cashiers, goldsmiths, security staff, and back-office employees.</li><li>Ensure proper induction and training on product knowledge, customer service, ethics, and company policies.</li><li>Manage attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, and workforce deployment.</li><li>Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations.</li><li>Implement performance management systems and incentive schemes for sales staff.</li><li>Oversee payroll coordination, statutory deductions, and employee benefits.</li><li>Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, shop &amp; establishment regulations, and company HR policies.</li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential employee records for all branches.</li><li>Drive employee engagement, retention, and ethical workplace culture.</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Operations Management<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of head office and showroom branches.</li><li>Coordinate with branch managers on administrative and staffing issues.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships (housekeeping, security agencies, transport, manpower suppliers).</li><li>Oversee office infrastructure, showroom facilities, and maintenance.</li><li>Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across branches.</li><li>Manage travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff as required.</li><li>Ensure workplace health, safety, and security compliance, especially in high-value retail environments.</li><li>Coordinate with legal consultants for contracts, notices, and compliance matters.</li></ul>Policy, Compliance &amp; Security<ul><li>Develop and implement HR &amp; Admin policies specific to jewellery retail operations.</li><li>Ensure adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality, and anti-fraud policies.</li><li>Support audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.</li><li>Assist management in risk management and internal control processes.</li></ul>Statutory Compliance (India-Specific)<ul><li>Ensure full compliance with Indian labour laws including:</li><li>Shops &amp; Establishment Act</li><li>Payment of Wages Act</li><li>Minimum Wages Act</li><li>EPF, ESI, Professional Tax</li><li>Gratuity Act</li><li>Bonus Act</li><li>Liaise with consultants, inspectors, and government authorities when required.</li><li>Maintain registers, returns, and documentation for audits and inspections.</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Showroom Operations<ul><li>Oversee administrative operations of head office and all showroom branches.</li><li>Coordinate with branch managers for staff discipline, leave planning, and daily manpower issues.</li><li>Manage contracts and vendors for security, housekeeping, transport, and maintenance.</li><li>Ensure proper upkeep of showrooms, staff facilities, and office infrastructure.</li><li>Support management in implementing SOPs and internal controls across branches.</li><li>Assist in staff accommodation, travel, and logistics where required.</li></ul>Trust, Ethics &amp; Confidentiality<ul><li>Maintain the highest level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.</li><li>Enforce ethical conduct, honesty, and discipline among staff handling high-value jewellery.</li><li>Support management in preventing internal risks, fraud, and misconduct.</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Act as a strategic HR partner to senior management.</li><li>Provide regular HR MIS reports on manpower, attrition, attendance, and performance.</li><li>Lead, train, and supervise HR &amp; Admin team members.</li><li>Travel frequently to branches to ensure policy compliance and operational efficiency.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>6&ndash;12 years of experience in HR &amp; Admin, preferably in jewellery retail, retail chains, or multi-location operations.</li><li>Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll, and retail workforce management.</li><li>Experience managing large frontline sales teams across multiple locations.</li></ul>Skills &amp;
