Company: Mahan poly clinic Employment Type: Full-Time Experience : Having experience in health or beauty sector is an advantage Industry: Beauty (aesthetic) clinic We don't accept any agencies , just individualsWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our online presence, generate quality leads, and build brand awareness through result-driven digital campaigns.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.)</li><li>Manage and create lead generation and awareness campaigns</li><li>Work with other marketing members to develop engaging social media content calendar aligned with the brand strategy</li><li>Track and report performance of all digital campaigns (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROI)</li><li>Coordinate with designers and photographers for high-quality marketing materials</li><li>Able to Edit videos</li><li>Use SEO and GEO strategies to improve organic traffic and keyword ranking</li><li>Able to work with CRM softwares like Zoho</li><li>Stay updated on beauty trends and digital marketing innovations</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field</li><li>1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in health or beauty sector</li><li>Proven experience with paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads)</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)</li><li>Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)</li><li>Excellent copywriting and content creation skills</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills</li><li>Ability to multitask</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>we don't provide visa. are you fine with it?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>campaign managmet in health/beauty industry: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>
