Urgent requirement PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: &middot; Discuss the ideas, objectives, requirements and budget of a project and in some cases help to select a site; &middot; Assess the needs of the building and its users and advise the client on the practicality of their project; &middot; Responsible for overall development and implementation of projects of architectural projects; &middot; Team leader in charge of overseeing match of budget and conceptual design proposal timely and profitable completion of the project; &middot; Act as a intermediary between clients and architects team, frequent travel and meetings with clients; &middot; Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals to the client; &middot; Assess the impact on the local environment; &middot; Use IT in design and project management, specifically using computer-aided design software; &middot; Keep within financial budgets and deadlines; &middot; Produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications; &middot; Specify the nature and quality of materials required; &middot; Convince the clients with design and quotation best suitable; &middot; Prepare applications for planning and building control departments;(if required) &middot; Draw up required documents for contracts; &middot; Control a project from start to finish is required; &middot; Carry out regular site visits to check on progress and ensure that the project is running on time and to budget; &middot; Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction; &middot; Ensure that the environmental impact of the project is managed;&middot; Meeting with client, understand their requirements; &middot; Site study, measurement, design ideas and requirements raised accordingly; &middot; Reference, concept development, presentation to client; &middot; Design development (design and confirming the same from client); &middot; All sort of drawings (working, presentation &amp; detail); &middot; Site visit as required to keep check of development at site; &middot; Co-operating with site supervisor and other consultants for proper implementation of design. Draft the designs of wooden cottages, villas, resorts and second home projects, small architectural elements (gazebo, pergola, etc.), interiors and furniture. Follow up with clients, site visits during projects designing and execution. Maintain database of ready designs and reference literature, preparing and presentations and conceptual proposals. Working drawing for floor plans, elevation, section &amp; roof plans.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>Client Communication: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>drafting working drawings: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>COP (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
