The HR MANAGER is responsible for all the routine HR functions which includes but is not limited to recruitments, interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. He/she will also handle the role of an office administrator.Key Responsible Area: -<ul><li>Human resource planning.</li><li>Ensure effective recruitment.</li><li>Orientation and induction for new joiners.</li><li>Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.</li><li>Training need analysis, training schedules, training, &amp; training impact analysis.</li><li>Legal and statutory compliance related to human resources.</li><li>Grievance handling.</li><li>Maintenance of all HR related registers and documents.</li><li>Attendance and payroll management.</li><li>Manage compensation and reward system of the company.</li><li>Employee retention.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Quality of employees hired.</li><li>Reduction of recruitment cost.</li><li>Training and Development.</li><li>Grievance handling.</li><li>Timely salary disbursement..</li><li>Continuous performance appraisal of employees.</li><li>Employee retention rate.</li><li>File management and documentation.</li></ul>Duties and Responsibilities: -<ul><li>Enhance organization&rsquo;s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations.</li><li>Prepare and maintain human resources policies, programs, and practices with approval from management.</li><li>Manage talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and on boarding.</li><li>To assist in the preparation of an annual manpower plan and budget for the next financial year in discussion with Management.</li><li>Handle on-boarding and off-boarding activities.</li><li>Prepare offer letters, Confirmation letters and termination letters and other documents relating to on boarding and off boarding activities.</li><li>Ensure that the recruitment and selection process are based on skill and competence matrix and abide by the procedure.</li><li>Evaluate probation period and prepare confirmation letter on the right date.</li></ul>Responsible for evaluating performance appraisal of the employee along with concerned managers.<ul><li>Manage HR team and allocate the works for them.</li><li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.</li><li>Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.</li><li>Responsible for managing manpower in all outlets.</li><li>Prepare training plan, schedule a training calendar and conduct training throughout the year.</li><li>Receive, approved leave applications from managers and proceed the leave applications.</li><li>Handle all HR related issues and employee grievances within the organization and shall report to Group-HR at the earliest.</li><li>Responsible for support in setting up rewards and incentives.</li><li>Responsible for conducting exit interviews and exit formalities of employees. Prepare necessary reports.</li><li>Attendance &amp; Payroll Management</li><li>Monitor and verify the attendance and leaves of staff as reported by the staff or their Managers.</li><li>Ensure that the payroll is prepared in time. Verify and approve payroll, if preparation is delegated to executives.</li><li>Submit payroll to accounts department on the stipulated date.Statutory Compliances</li><li>Monitor that monthly, Quarterly and yearly statutory matters such as ESIC, EPF, labor contracts are prepared and submitted.</li><li>Ensure statutory filings related to the HR.</li><li>Support the employees for all claims related to ESIC and EPF. (When it&rsquo;s applicable)</li><li>Responsible for calculation of all benefits to employees like bonus, gratuity, over time, compensatory off claim, loan, etc. according to legal standards.</li><li>To monitor all matters relating to general insurance of the company.</li></ul>Admin Related and other support Activities<ul><li>Liaison between authority, political parties, and others as necessary.</li><li>Responsible for reporting all HR related issues to HOD.</li><li>Maintain and verify all documents related to HR</li><li>Ensure that all equipment is arranged properly at the office.</li></ul>Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Conduct training need analysis.
