The Company Secretary will provide need-based and periodic secretarial support to the company, ensuring compliance with statutory and corporate governance requirements whenever required.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable corporate laws</li><li>Prepare and file ROC forms, returns, and statutory filings as and when required</li><li>Draft and maintain board resolutions, minutes, and statutory registers</li><li>Assist in conducting Board Meetings, General Meetings, and Committee Meetings</li><li>Provide advisory support on corporate governance and legal compliance</li><li>Coordinate with directors, auditors, and regulatory authorities</li><li>Handle event-based compliances such as appointments, resignations, changes in shareholding, and capital-related matters</li><li>Support compliance during audits, inspections, or regulatory queries</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / TemporaryWork Location: In person
