We are looking for a Technical Operations Executive who will be responsible for managing and executing all technical service tasks through our CRM system. The ideal candidate will coordinate between customers and technicians to ensure that all maintenance and repair jobs are completed efficiently, professionally, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage incoming customer requests related to technical repair and maintenance services.</li><li>Enter, monitor, and manage service orders through the company&rsquo;s CRM system.</li><li>Coordinate with qualified technicians/vendors to assign and execute service tasks.</li><li>Maintain communication with both customers and technicians to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Evaluate completed jobs to ensure work quality and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Keep task records updated and generate reports using Excel.</li><li>Follow up with vendors to ensure timely and professional job completion.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: DAE in Electrical, HVAC, or a related technical field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar operational or technical coordination role.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple technical jobs simultaneously.</li><li>Understanding of maintenance and repair workflows.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
