</div></div><div><div><div><div><p>Your Contribution</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist with production control, measurement, and planning.</li>
<li>Develops and writes task analysis, cost analysis and proposals for implementation of new processes or improvements to existing processes.
</li><li>Develops and writes PFMEA&rsquo;s, Control Plans, etc. for successful launch of programs. Evaluates these documents on a regular basis for updates.</li>
<li>Assist the Production Part Approval Process for new products &amp; changes to existing products.
</li><li>Develops, plans and models alternate processing methods to test feasibility of new applications of system components, and recommends implementation of improved procedures, process improvements and/or set-up reduction techniques.
</li><li>Lead the Strategic Plan / Economic Plan development, analysis &amp; presentation preparation.
</li><li>Analyze work force utilization, facility layout and operational data such as production costs, process flow charts and production schedules to determine efficient utilization of workers, equipment, and materials.
</li><li>Confers with established personnel to implement standard operating procedures and resolve system malfunctions.
</li><li>Participate in piston/assembly drawing reviews and complete Part Feasibility Analysis.
</li><li>Create and maintain SAP materials, bills of material and routings. Assist with resolution of SAP issues, as needed.
</li><li>Confers with workers in other departments such as marketing, training and development, and engineering, to provide technical information.
</li><li>Participates in meetings, seminars, and training sessions as needed to stay apprised of new developments in field.
</li><li>Develops and conducts related equipment training programs and demonstrates skills to trainees (serves as a mentor or coach to established personnel).
</li><li>Monitors function, cycle time and other pertinent parameters of production equipment in order to maintain OEE files and monthly OEE reporting</li>
<li>Perform capacity analysis &amp; maintain customer capacity database requirements.
</li><li>Organization &amp; submission of &lsquo;customer paid&rsquo; tooling documentation to the customer.
</li><li>Prepares reports, charts, graphs, and diagrams to illustrate / evaluate workflow, routing, material handling and machine utilization.
</li><li>Performs Audits (Safety, Quality, 5S, etc.), as required.
</li><li>Assist Quality with the maintenance of the department Engineering Change Log</li>
<li>Attend and support internal and external Customer Team Meetings as required.</li>
</ul>
<p>Your Experience &amp; Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
</ul>
