Now Hiring!Commercial Truck Tire TechnicianResponsibilities:<ul><li>Remove, install, rotate, and perform flat repairs on commercial trucks and large equipment tires (work done in our shop or at the location of the customer)</li><li>Safely separate and reassemble tires onto wheels, using specialized equipment</li><li>Inspect casings for defects</li><li>Locate and seal tire punctures</li><li>Prepare rims and wheel drums for reassembly</li><li>Unload retread tires (unload from delivery truck and stack in warehouse area)</li><li>Raise and lower vehicles safely, with hydraulic lift and/or floor jacks</li><li>Safely operate all shop machinery including but not limited to safety cage, spreader, balancer, floor jacks, lifts, air powered tools, torque wrench</li><li>Read work orders thoroughly and perform all listed tasks</li><li>Perform all applicable tasks within company's time standards</li><li>Standing for extended periods of time</li><li>Heavy lifting required</li><li>Working in all weather conditions</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and a CLEAN driving record</li><li>Must be able to pass a drug test</li><li>Must have experience in changing commercial truck tires</li><li>Pay based on experience.</li></ul>Mahone Tire Service155 Front StreetMarietta Ohio 45750(740)373-7761Job Type: Full-timeExpected hours: 40 &ndash; 50 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Tire service: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
