 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Accountability Leadership &amp; Team Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee end-to-end operations for all outlets in Mumbai &amp; Pune ensuring adherence to brand SOPs and quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 &nbsp;&nbsp;Lead and manage
 
 Operations, field HR, Training, Maintenance function
 
 across the city.
 </li>
 <li>
 &nbsp;Build and nurture high-performing teams with a culture of ownership, accountability, and excellence
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 P&amp;L Ownership &amp; Financial Accountability
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Take full ownership of the city&rsquo;s
 
 Profit &amp; Loss (P&amp;L)
 
 , ensuring revenue targets, margin improvements, and cost controls are consistently met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales, control operational costs, and improve bottom-line performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor financial metrics regularly and present actionable insights to leadership.
 </li>

 Customer Experience &amp; Quality Assurance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain top-tier customer service with excellent product ratings,consistent service speed and food quality standards across all stores.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze customer feedback and implement actionable operational improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Regularly audit stores for compliance, hygiene, and service standards.
 </li>

 Data Analysis &amp; Decision-Making
 
 
 <ul>

 Leverage operational and financial data to identify performance gaps, trends, and opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use data-driven insights to improve outlet performance, optimize processes, and enhance customer experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyse and track dashboards and KPIs to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
 </li>

 Expansion &amp; Growth

 Crisis &amp; Risk Management

 Anticipate operational risks, troubleshoot challenges proactively, and ensure quick resolution to protect the brand and customer trust.

 Key Requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Graduate in Business, Hospitality, or Operations Management
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 8&ndash;15 years of experience in QSR, casual dining, or retail operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven expertise in managing multi-outlet operations of a city, with strong P&amp;L and data-driven management skills.
 </li>
 </ul>
