Majestic Care ABA

<div>Majestic Care ABA is new to the area and looking to grow our team! We are looking for dynamic Registered Behavioral Technicians to join our team!<ul><li> 
Currently working towards a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field preferred but not necessary.</li><li>Experience working directly with children within a behavioral format preferred but not necessary.</li><li>Completion of 40-hour RBT training course.</li><li>Valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate encouraged. (We will train if any individual if not currently registered)</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and safe driving record.</li><li>18 years of age or older.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills</li><li>Basic computer skills desired with willingness to advance skill level.</li><li>Accept assignment of location or client as required.</li><li>Ability to lift 50 pounds.</li></ul> 
Job Requirement<ul><li> 
Treat clients with respect and dignity</li><li>Appropriately engage client during the session</li><li>Act as a role model for clients and caregivers</li><li>Be consistent, reliable, and provide services on agreed scheduled days. In case of cancellation, attempt to make up the session and notify BCBA of any discrepancies.</li><li>Maintain professional and effective communication with family/caregivers.</li><li>At minimum will be supervised by a BCBA weekly or in accordance to the client&rsquo;s treatment plan and must be ready to provide feedback to the BCBA on progress</li><li>Will meet with supervisor weekly or in accordance with the client&rsquo;s treatment plan to discuss progress, program development, and analyzing of data of child.</li><li>Notes should be taken daily in Rethink during the last 15 minutes of the session.</li><li>Session notes require parent signatures for in-home therapy sessions.</li><li>Data collection and notes should be taken on devices given by Majestic Care ABA, and not personal devices.</li><li>Keep a weekly reinforcement checklist and let BCBA know if anything additional is needed.</li><li>Maintain clean and organized toys and materials.</li><li>Not responsible for other children in the household</li></ul> 
Job Responsibilities<ul><li> 
Charting and collecting ABA and skill data on the improvement or lack thereof in the abilities of the child.</li><li>Implement ABA teaching techniques during session, such as, differential reinforcement, shaping, chaining, task analysis, and prompting, fading, and proactive strategies.</li><li>Follow programming objectives and follows treatment plan (BIP when applicable)</li></ul>
