Operate company-approved vehicles in a safe and responsible manner</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of transportation routes, mileage, and patient needs</li><li>
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless transportation transitions</li><li>
Provide emotional support and assistance to patients and residents during transportation</li><li>
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address transportation challenges</li><li>
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with patients, families, and healthcare staff</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record</li><li>
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Ability to work variable schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed</li><li>
