If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a passion for precision and efficiency, this is the perfect role for you!Duties<ul><li>Process payroll using systems such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, or UltiPro, ensuring accuracy and timeliness </li><li>Perform data entry of employee hours, wages, benefits, and deductions into payroll and accounting software like QuickBooks or Ceridian </li><li>Reconcile payroll accounts through general ledger accounting and account reconciliation procedures </li><li>Manage benefits administration related to payroll, including deductions for health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits </li><li>Prepare journal entries for payroll transactions and ensure proper debit and credit allocations in the financial system </li><li>Maintain compliance with tax regulations by processing tax payments and preparing relevant reports </li><li>Collaborate with human resources to verify employee data accuracy and update records as needed </li><li>Assist with governmental reporting requirements related to payroll taxes and employment law compliance </li><li>Support accounts payable and receivable processes related to payroll expenses and reimbursements </li><li>Conduct analysis of payroll data to identify discrepancies or errors for prompt resolution</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience with payroll management systems such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, Kronos, or UltiPro </li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting software including QuickBooks and other financial tools </li><li>Familiarity with corporate accounting principles, general ledger reconciliation, double entry bookkeeping, and technical accounting practices </li><li>Understanding of human resources processes related to benefits administration and HRIS systems </li><li>Experience handling tax compliance, governmental reporting, and non-profit or governmental accounting preferred </li><li>Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail in data entry and account reconciliation tasks </li><li>Ability to perform 10-key typing efficiently while maintaining accuracy </li><li>Knowledge of debits &amp; credits, journal entries, accounts payable/receivable processes, and bookkeeping fundamentals</li></ul>Join us in delivering precise payroll services that empower our organization&rsquo;s success!
