We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant/Property Manager to join our winning team. Our company owns/manages residential and commercial properties, which includes leasing, collections, scheduling routine and requested maintenance, and processing payment of invoices. We also have 200 cell phone stores throughout the country that require lease administration, payment of rents, and Human Resources tasks. As the Executive Assistant, you would provide support to the Director of Operations. This would include booking travel, assisting with routine clerical needs, assisting with Property Management, assisting Director with monitoring 200 commercial Leases, and assisting Director with routine HR matters.If you are able to handle multiple projects at a time, work in a fast-paced environment, never do the same thing each day, and are looking for a place to advance, then we want to meet you. Attention to detail, extremely organized and dedication are qualities that we want in our new Team Member.
