Required:Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with the Free Zone&rsquo;s commercial and economic objectives. Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets, KPIs, and performance standards. Drive new investor acquisition, retention, and expansion of existing clients. Promote Free Zone services including company formation, licensing, warehouses, offices, and value-added services. Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and agreements in coordination with Legal and Finance. Build strong relationships with investors, brokers, consultants, and strategic partners. Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts; prepare regular reports for senior management. Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations, Free Zone policies, and internal procedures. Coordinate with Marketing on lead generation campaigns, events, and roadshows. Support government initiatives related to investment promotion and economic development. Handle key account management and high-value negotiations. Continuously improve sales processes, CRM usage, and customer experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
