We are looking for someone who already understands how to sell on live, engage an audience, and move product in real time.We provide the product, pricing, show structure, and fulfillment. Your role is to execute, perform, and drive sales.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Host TikTok live shows (3 hours live per session)</li><li>Present eyewear with confidence and speed</li><li>Engage chat and convert viewers into buyers</li><li>Follow a proven, fast-paced show format</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Each shift is 4 hours total</li><li>30 min setup</li><li>3 hours live</li><li>30 min wrap</li><li>Flexible days (weekday and weekend slots)</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>$80 base per session</li><li>Additional commission based on performance</li><li>Most experienced hosts earn above base quickly</li><li>Strong performers earn $150&ndash;$300+ per session</li></ul>Requirements (Read Carefully)<ul><li>Prior experience hosting live sales (TikTok, Whatnot, or similar)</li><li>Comfortable selling continuously on camera for extended periods</li><li>Strong presence, pacing, and product confidence</li><li>Able to follow structure and take direction</li></ul>Not a Fit If<ul><li>You are new to live selling</li><li>You are looking for hourly-only work</li><li>You want to &ldquo;learn&rdquo; or &ldquo;experiment&rdquo; on the job</li></ul>Pay: $300.00 - $3,000.00 per weekApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What platforms have you sold on?
