<div>We are looking for a night social producer for MLB Pipeline &ndash; MLB.com&rsquo;s vertical dedicated to coverage of prospects and Minor League Baseball &ndash; and MiLB. Social producers are responsible for promoting content from all Pipeline and MiLB social media channels. They will cut and post highlights from all levels of the Minor Leagues, with a focus on top prospects from Pipeline. The producers will keep track of performances and trends, identifying worthwhile storylines and players to promote. The position will rely heavily on the video MLB has access to, so video editing is required. The ideal candidate is a passionate baseball fan who understands the world of prospects and the nuances that come with it. Work is based on games, which occur at night and on weekends, so flexibility is key.
This job is part-time and seasonal and can be fully remote.
Qualifications &amp; Skills
<ul><li>Experience managing social media platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube,TikTok, Reddit)
</li><li>Strong editorial instincts with the ability to adapt content across multiple formats and platform
</li><li>Basic video editing skills; Photoshop and Premiere Pro experience a plus
</li><li>Familiarity with social trends and colloquial language
</li><li>Passion for baseball and knowledge of Statcast and Minor League Baseball a plus
</li><li>Position will require work at night and on weekends
</li><li>Ability to identify performances/trends worth highlighting on social media platform
</li></ul>Requirements

Social Editor Producer

 As Receptionist, you will serve as first point of contact for visitors and callers to MLB offices. You will provide efficient, courteous and personalized service that positively affects the users call/visit experience. You will also provide general administrative support to the Facility and Office Operations Department.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Operate high volume console to receive, screen and redirect calls.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize automated software system to schedule and confirm visitor appointments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Greet guests, visitors and job applicants, and announce their arrival.
 </li>
 <li>
 Answer and refer incoming inquiries to appropriate department(s).
 </li>
 <li>
 Enter large group meeting attendee lists into MyKastle building security system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use automated conference room booking system to reserve rooms. Monitor bookings daily to suggest potential adjustments needed to the schedule.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists with mail delivery, sorting and mail room monitoring duties.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides general administrative support (filing, invoices, labels, copying) to the department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversees conference room inventory for kitchen accoutrements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs related duties as required.

 Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Some college and a minimum of two years of experience in a reception or administrative role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience operating high volume, multi-line/directory phone system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent customer service aptitude.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to sit for long periods of time.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent computer aptitude, including strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of conference room software, Condeco strong preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work overtime as needed.

 Pay Range:
 
 $22.00 - 23.00 per hour
