 Production Manager
 
 to be the backbone of our production process ensuring every project is on time, on budget, and on point. You'll work closely with directors, producers, and creatives to bring ideas to life across commercial and digital platforms.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and manage detailed production schedules to ensure all project timelines and shoot deadlines are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead location scouting across Kuwait, overseeing permit acquisition and coordinating all on-site logistics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee sourcing and rental of all production equipment, including camera, lighting, grip, and sound gear.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end production logistics, including crew transportation, catering, setup, on-set coordination, and preparation of call sheets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle talent sourcing and coordination, including casting models, actors, extras, and freelance crew members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise on-set operations to ensure seamless collaboration between all departments (camera, art, styling, lighting, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor production budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-efficient execution without compromising quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the main liaison between the creative team, post-production, and clients to maintain clear communication and alignment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain a strong network of vendors, freelancers, and location partners across Kuwait.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure smooth day-to-day operational flow and provide effective problem-solving during high-pressure situations.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3:5 years of experience in production management within commercials, branded content, or film.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelors degree in Film Production, Media, Business, or a related field is a Plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience in location scouting, casting, and logistics coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of end-to-end production workflows (pre-production, shooting, and post-production).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with the Kuwaiti production landscape, including vendors, equipment houses, and local authorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
