Job Summary:We are looking for a highly creative, passionate, and enthusiastic individual who loves bringing ideas to life through videos and social media. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, unique marketing ideas, and the ability to create professional short-form content that connects with audiences. If you&rsquo;re someone who constantly thinks of new content trends, loves editing Reels, Shorts, and marketing videos, and can communicate fluently in Telugu and English, this role is perfect for you!Key Responsibilities:Video Creation &amp; Editing:<ul><li>Create, edit, and produce engaging Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos for social media.</li><li>Add transitions, captions, sound effects, music, and motion graphics for professional-quality output.</li><li>Bring unique and creative concepts to life through storytelling and editing.</li><li>Repurpose video content across different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X).</li><li>Work with marketing and design teams to plan and execute video campaigns and ad creatives.</li></ul>Graphic Design &amp; Creative Posts:<ul><li>Design visually appealing posts, infographics, event creatives, and promotional banners.</li><li>Ensure every design aligns with the brand&rsquo;s tone and aesthetics.</li><li>Contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.</li></ul>Social Media Management:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement across all social media platforms.</li><li>Write engaging captions and use hashtags strategically for better reach and engagement.</li><li>Monitor trends, viral content formats, and create timely videos or posts.</li><li>Collaborate with teams to plan monthly content calendars and campaigns.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in video editing and social media content creation.</li><li>Strong knowledge of tools like:</li><li>Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, VN, Final Cut Pro, etc.</li><li>Design Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.</li><li>Passion for creative marketing and digital storytelling.</li><li>Excellent communication in Telugu and English.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behavior.</li><li>Ability to ideate, shoot, and edit quickly with attention to detail.</li><li>Team player with a positive attitude and innovative mindset.</li></ul>Bonus Skills (Preferred):<ul><li>Experience in managing brand or company social media pages.</li><li>Knowledge of animation, motion graphics, or photography.</li><li>Experience in ad video creation or campaign-based content.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:A creator at heart &mdash; someone who doesn&rsquo;t just edit videos but brings ideas, energy, and innovation to every project.
