Job Summary
 Performs the receipt of incoming goods and/or shipments of finished goods in compliance with established procedures. Provide administrative support to the warehouse leadership team.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Routine duties of checking in drivers, review Bill of Lading, verify trailer seals, schedule appointments, maintain shipping and/or receiving documentation, reconcile receipt information, and maintain daily reports</li>
<li>Ability to drive a forklift (preferred but not required)</li>
<li>Prepares orders by processing shipments and sample orders; packing boxes; staging orders in delivery area</li>
<li>Verify that the goods are intact and report any defects.</li>
<li>Completes receipt and delivery of parcel packages to order requestor(s)</li>
<li>Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.</li>
<li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</li>
<li>Communicate and cooperate with Supervisors and coworkers.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>

 Teamwork, Coordination, Organization, Time Management, Communication, Documentation Skills, Dependability, Forklift Experience (preferred but not required), SAP experience (preferred but not required), Microsoft Office Suite experience (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

<li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility</li>
<li>Candidates should be able to adapt to a traditional warehouse environment</li>
<li>May be required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and comply with OSHA standards</li>
<li>Frequent exposure to shop elements such as noise, dust, fumes, and odors</li>
<li>Safety glasses, facemasks and hairnets (where applicable) may be required while performing a specific task</li>
</ul>
Language Skills
 Read, write and speak English. Able to communicate and take direction from lead/supervisor/manager.
 
Education and/or Experience
 High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or six to twelve months related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
