Job Summary
 The Transformation Office Analyst supports enterprise-wide continuous improvement and transformation initiatives by administering the KPI Fire system and ensuring accurate tracking, validation, and reporting of savings and performance improvements. This role partners closely with the Continuous Improvement (CI) team and cross-functional stakeholders to drive data integrity, standardization, and visibility of key transformation outcomes. This is a remote role; however, you must reside in the Downers Grove, IL area or near one of our plant locations.
 
Key Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Administer and maintain the KPI Fire system, including user access, system configuration, project tracking, and reporting integrity</li>
<li>Partner with CI leaders and business teams to ensure timely and accurate entry of projects, initiatives, and savings within KPI Fire</li>
<li>Review, validate, and support savings calculations to ensure alignment with defined financial and operational methodologies</li>
<li>Collaborate with Finance and CI teams to reconcile reported savings and ensure consistency with financial reporting standards</li>
<li>Monitor project progress, ensuring updates are current, complete, and aligned with transformation governance requirements</li>
<li>Generate standard and ad hoc reports to provide visibility into pipeline, savings realization, and KPI performance</li>
<li>Support auditing processes by maintaining documentation and validation of savings assumptions and calculations</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and system utilization</li>
<li>Provide training and guidance to users on KPI Fire processes, data entry standards, and reporting expectations</li>
<li>Assist in the development and standardization of tools, templates, and processes supporting transformation initiatives</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li>
<li>Experience:</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in data analysis, continuous improvement, finance, or operations support</li>
<li>Experience supporting cross-functional or enterprise-level projects preferred</li>
<li>Experience with KPI tracking or project management systems (e.g., KPI Fire) preferred</li>
<li>Skills:</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with ability to validate data, interpret results, and identify discrepancies</li>
<li>High attention to detail with strong focus on data accuracy and governance</li>
<li>Proficient in Excel and data/reporting tools; experience with dashboards preferred</li>
<li>Ability to manage and coordinate across multiple enterprise stakeholders and priorities</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with ability to support multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives</li>
<li>Effective communication skills, with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights</li>
<li>Continuous improvement mindset with focus on standardization and scalability</li>

 The pay range for this full-time, salaried position is $75,708 - $113,562/year. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.

Transformation Office Analyst

Job Summary: 
Maintain accurate inventory through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts and audits.
 Position is responsible for ensuring accurate accounting of all inbound raw material and outbound finished product.
 
Job Duties:Duties may include, but are not limited to the following: 
<ul>
<li>Responsible for training and monitoring performance of warehouse shipping and receiving employees.</li>
<li>Provide clear performance expectations and accountability to meet on time delivery and receiving requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure department metrics are established and delivered.</li>
<li>Ensure the Transportation and Warehousing staff understands the expectation for meeting performance standards.</li>
<li>Ensure that all HFS corporate programs and best practices are implemented.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Required Competencies & Knowledge:Knowledge of: 
<ul>
<li>Procurement, products, and production processes</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience with SAP</li>
</ul>
Skill in: 
<ul>
<li>Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong self-confidence, strong will to drive change, excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work with autonomy.</li>
<li>Must be accurate, detail-oriented and maintain the utmost confidentiality.</li>

<ul>
<li>Communicate in English to give and acknowledge instructions/problems.</li>
<li>Physical and mental ability to work in excess of 40 hours per week.</li>
<li>Ability to effectively present information to employees, top management, public groups and/or board of directors.</li>
<li>Ability to calculate figures.</li>
<li>Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divides in various units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.</li>
<li>Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.</li>
<li>Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.</li>
<li>Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.</li>
<li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, and/or schedule form.</li>
</ul>
Proficiency in: MS Office Suite and SAP

<li>Ability to work in light to moderate noise levels.</li>
<li>May be required to walk up to 400 yards to work and break areas.</li>
<li>May climb steps to and from work and beak areas.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>5+ years supervisory experience leading a logistics department accountable for shipping, receiving, and inventory management in the Food Industry or manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>Green Belt or Black Belt certification a plus.</li>
