What You'll Be Doing&hellip;</h3><ul><li>
Teach &amp; Inspire: Develop and execute culturally relevant, standards-based lessons that challenge and engage all students. Adapt instruction to meet varied learning styles and social development needs.</li><li>
Analyze: Regularly administer and reflect on quantitative and qualitative student data to immediately inform instructional adjustments. Create aligned Formative, Summative, and Performance assessments that prepare students for standardized tests (e.g., SBAC).</li><li>
Manage: Maintain a highly structured, positive, and productive learning environment aligned with MWA culture.</li><li>
Partner: Proactively engage families through consistent communication regarding progress and academic goals.</li><li>
Growth: Actively participate in mandatory professional development and team meetings.</li></ul>

Bachelor's degree and strong content area knowledge.</li><li>
Valid state teaching credential or eligibility to obtain one (support is provided for eligible applicants).</li><li>
Unwavering commitment to closing achievement gaps and raising student expectations.</li><li>
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of required screenings (Live Scan/fingerprints, TB screen, CTC Certificate of Clearance, and CPR/AED/First Aid certification).</li></ul>
