Malaak is seeking a compassionate and experienced Elderly Care Nurse to join our in-home care team. The ideal candidate should be a nursing graduate, or have an RN license with practical experience in elderly care. Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li><b>
Direct Elderly Care</b>: Provide high-quality, compassionate care to elderly clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, mobility support, and meal preparation. Monitor vital signs and address basic healthcare needs with accuracy.</li><li><b>
Care Planning</b>: Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans, tailored to meet each client's unique health requirements and personal preferences.</li><li><b>
Patient and Family Education</b>: Offer guidance and support to families, educating them on elder care techniques, proper use of medical equipment, and ongoing care needs.</li><li><b>
Safety and Compliance</b>: Adhere to safety protocols and infection control procedures, ensuring a safe and clean environment for clients. Maintain up-to-date documentation of care provided in compliance with homecare standards.</li></ul><div><br>

Qualifications:</b><br>
<b>Certification and Education</b>:</div><ul><li>
Nursing graduate (Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma) with experience in elderly care. (or)</li><li>
Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in elderly care.</li></ul><div><br>

Experience</b>: A minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting focused on elderly or homecare services.<br>

Skills and Competencies</b>:</div><ul><li>
Strong understanding of elderly care needs, including chronic condition management and personal assistance.</li><li>

Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Provide Newborn and Childcare: Perform standard newborn and childcare duties including burping, swaddling, changing diapers, bathing, and feeding, ensuring the comfort and well-being of the child.</li><li>
Establish Routines: Implement and maintain sleep and feeding time routines to promote consistency and structure for the child's daily activities.</li><li>
Nutritional Support: Prepare and serve healthy meals for the child, including the weaning process, to support their growth and development.</li><li>
Promote Healthy Sleep Habits: Encourage positive sleep associations and self-soothing techniques to foster healthy sleep patterns in the child.</li><li>
Facilitate Learning and Exploration: Organize and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate the child's curiosity and allow for independent exploration and learning.</li><li>
Ensure Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe environment for the child, including regular cleaning and disinfection of toys and play areas, to promote their health and safety.</li><li>
Organize Baby's Space: Set up and organize the baby's room and perform other related tasks to create a comfortable and functional environment for the child.</li><li>
Communication with Parents: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of the child's activities, development, and any notable incidents, and communicate effectively with parents daily to provide updates on their child's progress and well-being.</li></ul><div><br>

Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
Due to the nature of the role, which involves intimate childcare, female candidates are required for this position.</li><li>
Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a Midwifery Graduate providing a solid foundation in healthcare and child development.</li><li>
Demonstrate relevant experience in pediatric nursing, childcare, or midwifery, with a proven track record of providing quality care to newborns, infants, and children.</li><li>
Exhibit a genuine passion for working with babies and children, showing enthusiasm and dedication to their well-being and development.</li><li>
Must possess a caring and compassionate attitude towards children and their families, providing empathetic support and nurturing care.</li><li>
Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with children, parents, and healthcare professionals in a sensitive and supportive manner.</li><li>
