Job Description:We are looking for a skilled After-Sales Operations Supervisor to manage and streamline our post-sales processes. The ideal candidate will handle customer coordination, invoicing, ledger updates, and recovery follow-ups with professionalism and accuracy.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage after-sales operations and customer coordination</li><li>Maintain customer ledgers, balances, and receivables</li><li>Prepare and issue invoices in a timely manner</li><li>Conduct recovery follow-ups for outstanding payments</li><li>Handle customer queries and provide quick resolutions</li><li>Prepare daily and weekly reports (sales, recovery, outstanding)</li><li>Coordinate with sales and accounts departments</li><li>Maintain documentation and filing</li><li>Track and confirm dispatches/deliveries</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>8&ndash;10 years of experience in after-sales accounts, or operations</li><li>Strong computer proficiency</li><li>Excellent command over MS Office (Excel/Word)</li><li>Experience with Busy Software (preferred)</li><li>Basic to intermediate accounting knowledge (ledgers, receivables, invoicing)</li><li>Strong communication and follow-up skills</li><li>Good problem-solving abilities</li><li>Time management and reporting skills</li></ul>Qualification:<ul><li>Minimum Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (B.Com / BBA preferred)</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Salary: Rs. 80,000 &ndash; 100,000 (based on experience)</li><li>Annual increment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
