We are looking for a detail-oriented Electrical Engineer with administrative responsibilities to support fit-out projects across the UAE. The role combines technical electrical drawings duties with office-based administrative coordination, documentation, and reporting to ensure smooth project execution.<ul><li>Prepare, review, and coordinate electrical drawings, layouts, and shop drawings for fit-out projects.</li><li>Ensure electrical installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, DEWA/ADDC/SEWA regulations, and UAE standards.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for approvals, inspections, and technical clarifications.</li><li>Assist in material selection, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and technical submittals.</li><li>Support project handover documentation including as-built drawings and other Mall requirements if any.</li><li>Maintain and organize project documentation including drawings, approvals, permits, and correspondence.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations, LPOs, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Track material requests and site requirements.</li><li>Assist in preparing invoices, variation orders, and claims documentation.</li><li>Support HR/admin tasks such as site attendance records and manpower tracking when required.</li><li>Ensure proper filing and compliance with company procedures</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Husband Visa holders are preferred.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English, Hindi and Malayalam (Preferred)</li></ul>
