1. Job SummaryThe Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, within quality standards, and according to project plans. The role includes managing workers, coordinating with contractors, handling materials, and reporting progress to management.2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Site Management<ul><li>Supervise daily on-site activities and workforce.</li><li>Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.</li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.</li><li>Oversee material handling, storage, and usage at the site.</li></ul>B. Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Enforce safety rules, PPE usage, and site safety protocols.</li><li>Identify potential hazards and take corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and company regulations.</li></ul>C. Quality Assurance<ul><li>Monitor work quality and ensure standards are met.</li><li>Conduct inspections and report non-conformities.</li><li>Assist in resolving technical and operational issues at the site.</li></ul>D. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain daily site reports, checklists, and attendance records.</li><li>Track material consumption and request supplies when needed.</li><li>Provide progress updates to the Project Manager regularly.</li></ul>E. Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Facilitate communication between workers, engineers, and management.</li><li>Participate in site meetings and brief the workforce on work plans.</li><li>Handle minor conflicts or issues at the site and escalate when required.</li></ul>3. Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field (as per industry).</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;5 years of experience in site supervision.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction/site procedures and safety standards.</li><li>Ability to read drawings and technical documents.</li><li>Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, reporting tools).</li></ul>4.
