<div>Mallcom India Limited is seeking an Jr Executive/Executive &ndash; HR who will be responsible for Payroll, Contract Labour Management at the unit level., This role ensures smooth HR operations, fosters employee engagement, and acts as a vital link between staff and corporate HR.
<h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Payroll Management</b></h5>
<ul><li>Prepare and process monthly payroll inputs.
</li><li>Verify salary calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).</li>
<li>Coordinate with finance for timely disbursement of salaries.</li>
</ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Attendance &amp; Leave Administration</b></h5>
<ul><li>Monitor daily attendance and maintain records in HR systems.
</li><li>Track leave applications, approvals, and balances.</li>
<li>Generate attendance and leave reports for management review</li>
</ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Contract Labour Management</b></h5>
<ul><li>Maintain records of contract labour employed at the unit.
</li><li>Ensure compliance with labour laws and contractor agreements.</li>
<li>Liaise with contractors for documentation, wage disbursement, and statutory filings.</li>
<li>Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to legal and company standards.</li>
</ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>HR Operations Support</b></h5>
<ul><li>Assist in maintaining employee files and HR documentation.
</li><li>Support statutory inspections and audits.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support for HR initiatives at the unit.</li>
</ul>
</div><p><b>Key Requirements:</b></p>
<div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or related field.
</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or labour management.
</li><li>Knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR systems.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR software.
</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.</li>
<li>Effective communication and coordination skills.</li>
<li>Understanding of statutory requirements related to payroll and contract labour.
