 We are looking for a Sales Executive to join the team here Frasers Suites in Doha. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales team. You will be managing and developing relationships with local clients, to drive both corporate and social business into the hotel. You will look at ways to engage with the local community and further afield, to raise awareness and increase engagement. You will be generating enquiries and helping to maximise conversion, whilst showcasing our fabulous hotel and services. Making great experiences happen for our guests.
 
 
 
 What You Will Be Doing As Sales Executive
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop &amp; implement Key Account Management Plans aligned with Fraser Suites Doha&rsquo;s business strategy, including direct sales, telesales, promotions, and familiarization events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and develop key corporate accounts and targeted market segments to drive business growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring accurate records of sales calls and client interactions per company guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and execute familiarization and entertainment programs for targeted accounts to enhance client engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with hotel staff to monitor and optimize sales productivity, tracking room night cancellations and identifying potential revenue leakage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyse market trends and report on competitor activity, ensuring Fraser Suites Doha remains competitive.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with internal teams (Revenue Manager, Reservations, Sales Administrator, Sales Managers) to generate leads and explore new business opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all business plan objectives and personal accountabilities are met within set deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the brand at industry trade shows and promotional events, managing trade displays and engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold professional confidentiality and adhere to business ethics in all dealings.

 What you&rsquo;ll be doing as an Assistant Sales Manager:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor local market competition and industry trends, making actionable suggestions for hotel improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Immediately relay all customer complaints and comments regarding hotel services to the Director of Sales &amp; Marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay fully informed about major corporate clients, VIP guests, hotel promotions, and current room rates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve and exceed revenue goals within assigned market segments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively sell the hotel through telemarketing and face-to-face sales calls to secure new accounts and contacts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver presentations to travel agents and keep them updated on recent hotel changes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all hotel activities, services, outlet hours, and menus, as well as city and regional events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organise and conduct familiarization tours of the hotel for potential clients and partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed before business is placed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to customer requests within 24 hours, resolving problems and complaints promptly and professionally.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor of Science in Administration or Hotel Management degree is beneficial.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tertiary qualifications relevant to Marketing or Sales would be an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience within a hotel sales environment in an internationally recognised hotel chain at managerial level within the GCC market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Current/previous responsibility for key accounts and new business generation in premium markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to manage own and others&rsquo; tasks through to conclusion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lead presentations, conduct effective negotiations and close deals.
 </li>
 <li>
 High proficiency in English language oral and written skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to speak Arabic would be preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized, able to coordinate the efforts of others and manage multiple assignments and projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of hotel PMS (HIS, Opera) and other industry related software programs would be advantageous.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adaptable to and plans for the demands of a 24x7 hotel environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work to deadlines and maintain composure at all times.
 </li>
 <li>
 Competent Word, Excel, PowerPoint and software packages.
