<div><div><b>General Summary of Position:</b></div>
<div>Responsible for managing client assignments and projects, delivering a high-quality service. This includes coaching, advising, and supporting team members in meeting clients and self-development expectations. Managers are also responsible for client relationships within their area of expertise and for clients assigned to them.
</div>
<div></div><div><b>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</b></div>
<ul><li> Review employee benefit plan filings, including Forms 5500, 8955-SSA, 990, and 990-T.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Review various other tax returns which could include corporate, partnership, not-for-profit, individual and trust tax returns and make recommendations and decisions to address client needs.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Research and tax planning related to Employee Benefit Plans and other tax return matters.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Supervise and provide assistance to tax staff.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Maintain and develop business relationships with our clients.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed.</li></ul>
<div></div><div><b>Education and Experience:</b></div>
<ul><li> Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Sufficient knowledge of tax provision and tax compliance based on level of experience.</li></ul>
<ul><li> CPA certification required.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Minimum of five years of tax experience in a public accounting firm, including experience with ERISA, Employee Benefit Plans, Qualified Plans, and Form 5500 required.</li></ul>
<div></div><div><b>Qualifications/Skills Required:</b></div>
<ul><li> Ability to identify the key stakeholders in a decision-making process and develop working relationships.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Ability to negotiate and persuade clients with integrity and communicates effectively in the sales process - ensures clients have the information they need to make decisions.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Possesses strong presentation skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Always alert to opportunities to provide additional services to clients.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Actively participates in initiatives to recruit talented people including participating in career and recruitment forums, conducting interviews, and providing time to speak with potential candidates.</li></ul>
<div></div><div>The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000.</div></div><div></div>
