Position OverviewIn this role, you will support the Senior Graphic Designer, working on seasonal prints, graphics and embroideries from initial concept through production. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Production and overseas partners to ensure high-quality art execution, brand consistency, and timely delivery.What You'll Do<ul><li>Assist in creating seasonal original designs and graphics assets that reflect the brand identity.</li><li>Translate concepts into production-ready artwork.</li><li>Maintain the existing production library.</li><li>Help with cads.</li><li>Review production submits and communicate with overseas and in-house teams throughout the production approval process.</li><li>Stay current on print and graphics trends, color. and market standards; incorporate findings into new design concepts.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to design calendar.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.</li><li>3 years of professional graphic design experience (fashion industry preferred)</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator &amp; Photoshop; familiarity with macs and strong digital file management skills. Pointecarre experience is a plus.</li><li>Strong eye for color layout, and visual communication.</li><li>Understanding of production processes is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team under tight timelines.</li><li>Branded collection experience in womens sportswear.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in New York, NY 10018
