Job Title: Project Sales EngineerIndustry: Building MaterialsJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Project Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in project sales within the building materials sector, with a strong understanding of the Omani market. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers, achieving sales targets by promoting and selling our products to construction projects, and ensuring our brands are specified by consultants in project designs.Key Responsibilities:- Identify potential construction projects in the Omani market and build a client database (contractors, consultants, developers).- Establish and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with key decision-makers in projects.- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.- Deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients, highlighting product advantages and competitive value.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply terms to successfully close deals.- Follow up on projects from the design and pricing stage through to supply and installation.Qualifications &amp; Skills Required:- Minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience in project sales, specifically in the building materials sector within the Omani market.- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural) or Business Administration with a strong technical background preferred.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.- Established network and strong relationships with contractors and consultants in Oman.- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.- Ability to understand technical aspects of building materials and provide suitable solutions to clients.- Fluency in Arabic and English.- Valid Omani driving license.What We Offer:- Competitive basic salary with attractive performance-based commissions.- Supportive work environment with opportunities for career growth and development.- Transportation facilities to carry out work duties.Job Type: Full-timePay: RO200.000 - RO600.000 per month
