About the Role</h3>
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to lead and execute the full marketing mix across brand, product, and demand-generation activities. This role is critical in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and positioning our cybersecurity services as the trusted choice for businesses in the region.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will manage end-to-end campaign development, content creation, digital marketing, and event management, ensuring measurable impact on lead pipeline and ROI.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Key Responsibilities</h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Marketing Strategy &amp; Execution</h3><ul><li>Own the marketing mix across brand, product, and demand generation for all customer segments.</li><li>Develop and deliver integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Campaign Management</h3><ul><li>Launch and manage campaigns across content, email, paid media, SEO/SEM, and social media.</li><li>Monitor, measure, and optimise campaign performance against CPL, pipeline contribution, and ROI.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Content Development</h3><ul><li>Produce impactful content in both Arabic and English, including case studies, white papers, blogs, and video scripts.</li><li>Ensure content reflects the company&rsquo;s brand positioning and engages target audiences effectively.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Events &amp; Partnerships</h3><ul><li>Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, and webinars.</li><li>Manage partner co-marketing initiatives to strengthen visibility and influence.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Marketing Technology &amp; Analytics</h3><ul><li>Manage and optimise marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and dashboards.</li><li>Deliver weekly reports to leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.</li></ul>
Requirements<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications &amp; Skills</h3><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s is a plus).</li><li>5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the cybersecurity, IT, or technology sector.</li><li>Proven track record in multi-channel campaign management.</li><li>Strong content development skills in both Arabic and English.</li><li>Hands-on experience with events, webinars, and partner marketing.</li><li>Expertise in HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and paid media tools.</li><li>Analytical mindset with excellent reporting and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration abilities.</li></ul></div>

Position Overview
We&rsquo;re hiring a SOC Manager at Managed Services. You&rsquo;ll manage and mentor the SOC team, improve detection and response, define KPIs/SLAs, and act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors.
Responsibilities<ul>
<li>Team management (Coaching, mentoring and shift management)</li>
<li>Ensure that the SOC team members are motivated, engaged, and productive. And defined KPIs.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for training and improvement for career growth.</li>
<li>Defined KPIs and SLAs, and deliver security projects in line with management-defined priorities and deadlines</li>
<li>Establishing SOC performance goals and priorities</li>
<li>Improving incident response times</li>
<li>Reducing false positives and other extraneous alerts</li>
<li>Enhancing threat detection capabilities</li>
<li>Apply cybersecurity best practices</li>
<li>Manage Threat intelligence feeds</li>
<li>Overseeing the incident response process</li>
<li>Reviewing incident reports</li>
<li>Point of Contact (POC) by Communicating with the Client and Management</li>
<li>Developing plans on how to deal with critical impact attacks</li>
<li>Supporting external audit requirements and ensure the organizational security controls are appropriate and effective</li>
<li>Responsible for Vendor management</li>
<li>Develop and maintain reporting metrics and mechanisms used to execute and measure SOC activities</li>

Requirements<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.</li>
<li>5-8+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with 3+ years in SOC leadership.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, DLP, and Threat Intelligence platforms.</li>
<li>Hands-on expertise in incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management.</li>
<li>Familiarity with compliance frameworks: NCA, SAMA, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS.</li>
<li>Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, CEH, or ISO 27001 LA are a plus.</li>
<li>Proven experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and SOC performance metrics.</li>
<li>Strong leadership skills: coaching, mentoring, and managing 24/7 SOC operations.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Fluent in English (Arabic preferred).</li>

Position Overview 
We are seeking a Sales Executive (B2B &amp; B2G) with a passion for technology and a strong background in selling cybersecurity or IT solutions. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities with both corporate enterprises and public sector clients. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, respond to business and government tenders, and deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions that meet regulatory and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li><ul>
<li>Identify, research, and engage with both government agencies and private sector enterprises across Saudi Arabia.
</li><li>Understand client cybersecurity requirements (public and private sectors) and present customized solutions, including MDR, GRC, and Assurance, compliant with local and international regulations.
</li><li>Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through government tenders, RFPs, direct outreach, and corporate networking.
</li><li>Prepare and deliver impactful proposals, quotations, and presentations for both government contracts and B2B engagements.
</li><li>Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing in line with procurement guidelines (public sector) and corporate practices (private sector).
</li><li>Collaborate with technical, delivery, and solutions teams to ensure smooth implementation and service excellence for all clients.

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in B2G and/or B2B sales, account management, or IT/cybersecurity consultancy sector.
</li><li>Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, MDR, GRC, Assurance, and compliance requirements for both government and enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia.
</li><li>Established network of government contacts and/or private sector decision-makers is highly advantageous.
</li><li>Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (written and spoken).
</li><li>Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with stakeholders across sectors.
</li><li>Self-motivated and target-driven, able to work independently.
</li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.</li>
