Our office environment consists of a small group of team players working together efficiently and professionally to service our many properties.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Community Manager. As an Assistant Community Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with various property management tasks. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Some of the duties include but are not limited to the following:- Handle resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.- Maintain accurate and organized files and records related to maintenance requests, and resident communications.- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to the satisfaction of residents.- Assist with marketing efforts, including creating advertisements, and organizing community events.- Assists in Board preparation, Board Meetings, Board Packages.- Collaborate with team members to ensure the overall success of the company.Qualifications:- Previous experience in customer service or property management is required.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Excellent organizational and time management abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management softwareBenefits:- Competitive salary based on experience- Health insurance coverage- Retirement savings plan- Paid time off and holidaysIf you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
