Payment postings/ACH processing/check scanning</li><li>
Lease application processing</li><li>
Assist with hiring/interviewing</li><li>
Move inout inspections</li><li>
Final Account Statement (FAS)</li><li>
NSF entries and applying open credits</li><li>
Late notice and fee processing</li><li>
Rent increases/renewals</li><li>
Auditing reports</li><li>
Review accuracy of rent roll</li><li>
Preliminary accounting month end (PAME)</li><li>
Maintain computer binders</li><li>
Resident service requests</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Two (2) years experience assisting with property management</li><li>
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook</li><li>
Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>
English writing skills.</li><li>
Stable work history</li><li>
Some college preferred</li><li>
Current driver's license, with verifiable auto insurance.</li><li>
Bilingual (any language) a plus</li></ul>
Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
