As a <b>People &amp; Culture Supervisor</b> at Manay CPA, you will oversee daily HR operations, guide the People &amp; Culture team, and serve as a trusted partner to both employees and leadership. This role blends operational excellence with team leadership, ensuring processes run smoothly while fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performance workplace. You will also leverage data analysis to inform decisions, improve processes, and drive strategic outcomes.</div>

Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and tools.</li><li>
Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, contract updates, and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</li><li>
Oversee HRIS administration, ensuring data integrity, compliance with privacy regulations, and producing actionable reports and dashboards.</li><li>
Track and manage benefits administration, time-off processes, and compliance requirements.</li><li>
Coordinate visa, work permit, and legal documentation processes, including notary approvals and required filings.</li><li>
Supervise and mentor People &amp; Culture and Talent Acquisition team members, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development support.</li><li>
Act as a liaison between the HR team and leadership, communicating priorities, reporting on KPIs, and escalating challenges when needed.</li><li>
Monitor team deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality execution of People &amp; Culture operations.</li><li>
Review, update, and enforce HR procedures to maintain compliance and reflect best practices.</li><li>
Prepare and present HR &amp; TA reports with in-depth analysis of KPIs such as turnover, time-to-hire, engagement scores, and performance ratings.</li><li>
Lead HR internal audit preparation, ensuring readiness and accuracy for external audits.</li><li>
Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and implement improvement initiatives backed by data insights.</li><li>
Design and oversee performance management processes, including review cycles, tracking performance trends, and recommending targeted development plans.</li><li>
Support Learning &amp; Development initiatives, including onboarding programs, technical and soft skills training, and tracking the ROI of development activities.</li><li>
Contribute to organizational structure management, including role mapping, job description updates, and reporting line adjustments.</li><li>
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, ensuring the right skills and capacity to meet business needs.</li><li>
Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, analysis of results, and follow-up actions to improve satisfaction and retention.</li><li>
Perform other responsibilities within the scope of the role as needed.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li><b>
7+ years of progressive HR/People &amp; Culture/People Ops experience</b>, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.</li><li>
Prior experience in Public Accounting, Audit, or other Professional Services/Consultancy environments is a big plus.</li><li>
Understanding of U.S. labor law or direct U.S.-based HR experience is preferred but not required.</li><li><b>
Fluency in Business English &mdash; all interviews and most communications will be conducted in English.</b></li><li>
Proven experience with HRIS and ATS platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant HR technology tools.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust, maintain confidentiality, and address sensitive matters with discretion.</li><li>
Analytical mindset &mdash; skilled at interpreting HR data, identifying trends, and making evidence-based recommendations that drive improvement.</li><li>

Supporting the client onboarding process for all assigned client engagements following the defined process.</li><li>
Assisting with and executing, as applicable, processes related to accounts payable and accounts receivable management, bookkeeping entries, closing the books monthly as well as preparing financial reporting and analysis. May also include payroll and special projects as assigned.</li><li>
Demonstrating a thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices such as preparing Depreciation Schedules, Sales Journal and preparing Sales Tax Returns, Review and reconciling Payroll Records and Employment Tax Returns.</li><li>
Supporting regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments.</li><li>
Forecasting revenue and analyzing profit margins.</li><li>
Supporting ledger reconciliation and managing accounts payable/receivable.</li><li>
Preparing and filing Corporate and Individual Income Tax Returns (i.e., preparing annual 1099&rsquo;s, annual corporate and individual tax).</li><li>
