Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Supporting the client onboarding process for all assigned client engagements following the defined process.</li><li>
Assisting with and executing, as applicable, processes related to accounts payable and accounts receivable management, bookkeeping entries, closing the books monthly as well as preparing financial reporting and analysis. May also include payroll and special projects as assigned.</li><li>
Demonstrating a thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices such as preparing Depreciation Schedules, Sales Journal and preparing Sales Tax Returns, Review and reconciling Payroll Records and Employment Tax Returns.</li><li>
Supporting regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments.</li><li>
Forecasting revenue and analyzing profit margins.</li><li>
Supporting ledger reconciliation and managing accounts payable/receivable.</li><li>
Preparing and filing Corporate and Individual Income Tax Returns (i.e., preparing annual 1099&rsquo;s, annual corporate and individual tax).</li><li>
Assessing and researching complex tax issues to identify solutions.</li><li>
Assisting with research projects and preparation of financial reports as needed.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Requirements &amp; Job Skills</b></h3><ul><li>
Have a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related fields such as accounting, finance, economics, business, etc., (a Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus!).</li><li><b>
This is an entry-level position</b>. Candidates with up to 2 years of experience are ideal.</li><li>
USGAAP knowledge/experience is a big plus!</li><li>
Have extensive knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.</li><li>
Experience with Accounting Software Systems is a big plus!</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business English - <b>All interviews will be conducted in English!</b></li><li>
Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data.</li><li>
Highly dedicated and committed to pursuing a career focusing on accounting and tax.</li><li>
Have a quantitative and analytical mindset.</li><li>
Excellent cross-group collaboration skills.</li><li>

Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear setup of accounting systems.</li><li>
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, monthly closings, and preparation of financial reports and analysis.</li><li>
Use company software to complete accounting, reporting, and tax-related tasks with accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>
Prepare payroll, sales tax returns, depreciation schedules, and other accounting documents in line with professional standards.</li><li>
Assist with audits and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.</li><li>
Analyze financial data to forecast revenue and evaluate profit margins.</li><li>
Prepare and file U.S. corporate and individual income tax returns (including 1099s and year-end filings).</li><li>
Research complex tax and accounting issues to provide practical solutions.</li><li>
Contribute to special projects and financial report preparation as needed.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Requirements</b></h3><ul><li>
Have a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related fields such as accounting, finance, economics, business, etc.</li><li>
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, audit, and/or tax,</li><li>
Turkish CPA (SMMM) License will be considered as a big plus,</li><li>
Outsource accounting service experience is a big plus,</li><li>
USGAAP experience is a big plus,</li><li>
