<div><ul><li>Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear setup of accounting systems.</li>
<li>Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, monthly closings, and preparation of financial reports and analysis.</li>
<li>Use company software to complete accounting, reporting, and tax-related tasks with accuracy and efficiency.</li>
<li>Prepare payroll, sales tax returns, depreciation schedules, and other accounting documents in line with professional standards.</li>
<li>Assist with audits and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.</li>
<li>Analyze financial data to forecast revenue and evaluate profit margins.</li>
<li>Prepare and file U.S. corporate and individual income tax returns (including 1099s and year-end filings).</li>
<li>Research complex tax and accounting issues to provide practical solutions.</li>
<li>Contribute to special projects and financial report preparation as needed.</li>
</ul></div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements</b></h3><div>
<div><ul><li>Have a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related fields such as accounting, finance, economics, business, etc.</li>
<li>Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, audit, and/or tax,</li>
<li>Turkish CPA (SMMM) License will be considered as a big plus,</li>
<li>Outsource accounting service experience is a big plus,</li>
<li>USGAAP experience is a big plus,</li>
<li>Have extensive knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel,</li>
<li>Experience with Accounting Software Systems is a big plus,</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business English - <b>All interviews will be conducted in English!</b></li>
<li>Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data,</li>
<li>Highly dedicated and committed to pursuing a career focusing on accounting and tax,</li>
<li>Have a quantitative and analytical mindset,</li>
<li>Excellent cross-group collaboration skills,</li>
<li>Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and ability to operate in ambiguous environments,</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment,</li>
<li>Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures required.</li>
