Ensures office is cleaned and ready for office team</li><li>
Freshens up vacant units prior to move-in, detailed</li><li>
Assists with opening of leasing office, puts out signage</li><li>
De-webbing on a regular basis</li></ul>
Ensures grounds are well kept at all times<ul><li>
Picks up trash throughout the day, sweeps and blows common areas, and pressure wash areas as needed</li><li>
Keeps dumpster areas free of trash daily</li><li>
Ensures property is always &quot;inspection ready&quot;</li></ul>
Provides excellent customer service to our residents<ul><li>
Builds and maintains positive relationships with all customers</li><li>
Assists residents with requests, directing them to the office when possible</li><li>
Participate on Resident Events as necessary and</li><li>
Deliver notices (newsletter, event notice, conservice, etc.)</li></ul>
Keeps manager apprised for property issues<ul><li>
Notifies manager of vandalism, graffiti on property and corrects, landscape deficiencies</li><li>
Notifies manager of needs for maintenance on property (trash areas, graffiti, vandalism, light issues)</li></ul>
Assists maintenance team when able<ul><li>
When time allows, helps with work orders, projects, etc.</li></ul>
Completes property &quot;projects&quot; throughout the year as needed<ul><li>
Understands the importance of property maintenance and identifies and assists with annual projects.</li></ul></div>
