<div>Purpose of Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Senior Manager of Marketing &amp; Business Development to support our growing corporate and M&amp;A practice groups at the firm, including our National Dental &amp; Veterinary Law Centers. This individual will play a key role in not just managing the day-to-day marketing initiatives but in being a strategic thinker and driving force behind exciting campaigns that bring in business and support our clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with big ideas, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in professional services marketing&mdash;ideally in a law firm or financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Thought Leadership: Bring the ideas for prospective client outreach, blogs and initiatives.</li><li>
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and track integrated marketing campaigns to support firm-wide and practice-specific goals.</li><li>
Content Development: Coordinate and edit content for client alerts, newsletters, press releases, website updates, and social media.</li><li>
Digital Marketing: Manage your practice areas&rsquo; digital presence, including website updates, SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms.</li><li>
Attorney Support: Collaborate with attorneys to develop individual marketing plans, create bios, and prepare proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.</li><li>
Brand Management: Ensure consistency of firm branding, messaging, and client-facing materials across all channels.</li><li>
Analytics &amp; Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and engagement metrics to inform future strategy.</li><li>
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external designers, PR firms, and other vendors as needed.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.</li><li>
5+ years of marketing experience, required in a law firm.</li><li>
Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.</li><li>
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools such as WordPress, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and LinkedIn.</li><li>
Knowledge of CRM systems (Hubspot) is a plus.</li><li>
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with ability to build strong relationships across the firm.</li></ul>
Compensation &amp; Benefits: This position offers a salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. Support staff may also be eligible for discretionary year-end bonuses and a merit-based increase. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401 (k) retirement plan, paid time off, and access to additional voluntary programs. Sr. Mgr. of Marketing & Business Development

<div>Purpose of Role:
Mandelbaum Barrett PC is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with 7+ years of experience in commercial/ complex litigation. It also would be ideal if the candidate has experience in healthcare and/or employment litigation matters.
We are particularly interested in attorneys who are self-starters, write well, and have first- or second-chair experience handling trials and/or arbitrations.
This role offers the opportunity to join our established and growing Commercial Litigation Department and our Healthcare and Employment Litigation Practice Groups, with a competitive compensation package and excellent professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Handle a broad range of litigation proceedings from inception through resolution, focusing mostly on healthcare and employment litigation matters.</li><li>
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and briefs.</li><li>
Conduct and defend depositions.</li><li>
Represent clients in court, arbitration, and administrative hearings.</li><li>
Develop and execute litigation and defense strategies.</li><li>
Manage multiple cases independently with strong attention to detail and deadlines.</li><li>
Support related practice groups, as needed.</li><li>
Contribute to process improvements within the department.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.</li><li>
Admission to the New Jersey Bar required; New York admission also a plus (or willingness to obtain).</li><li>
7+ years of legal experience, including taking and defending depositions and first or second-chair trial experience.</li><li>
Excellent communication, writing, negotiation, and analytical skills.</li><li>
Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and professionalism.</li><li>
Team-oriented with strong leadership, mentoring, and relationship-building abilities.</li><li>
Adaptable, intellectually curious, and capable of handling complex legal and business issues.</li></ul>
Compensation &amp; Benefits: This position offers a salary range of $170,000 - $225,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. Attorneys may also be eligible for discretionary year-end bonuses, merit-based increases, and origination credit. We offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401 (k) retirement plan, paid time off, and access to additional voluntary programs.
